<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prescription transmitting system for dispensing pharmacies capable of searching a dispensing pharmacy properly in location and time for a patient, and realizing the same handling as in a regular dispensing pharmacy for the patient even not in the regular dispensing pharmacy. <P>SOLUTION: The system stores the prescription information of a prescription that a patient accepted from a hospital in a data center, etc., and transmits the prescription information to a plurality of dispensing pharmacies proper to the patient. The dispensing pharmacies report the prices and the estimated finishing times of preparation to the data center, and the data center reports the results to the patient.
