PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently suppress a speech voice from being obscured due to echoes and surrounding noise. SOLUTION: A frequency gain adjusting part 1222 adjusts a gain for every frequency band with respect to a receiving signal outputted from a voice adjusting part 122 and outputs the voice from a speaker 2 to an internal space via an output amplifier 1223. A microphone 3 picks up the voice in the internal space and sends it to an adder 112 as a transmitting signal. The adder 112 outputs the inputted transmitting signal to a telephone set interface apparatus 4 as an echo-canceled transmitting signal by subtracting an estimated echo signal calculated by an estimated echo calculating part 111 from the relevant transmitting signal. A loudness compensation control part 121 finds a gain adjustment quantity for each frequency band to make a user easy to listen to the received voice and sets it to the frequency gain adjusting part 1222 with the estimated echo signal as the received voice applied to the user and the echo-canceled transmitting signal as noise around the user.
