摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an examination method that can easily and positively evaluate effectiveness on a pleomorphic or variation organism by examining the influence of protein changed in physiochemical properties by pleomorphy or variation, on protein to be examined by calculation. SOLUTION: The amino acid sequence and its stereoscopic molecular structure of prescribed protein are inputted to a computer in advance. Interactive energyΔG between the prescribed protein and amino acid variation protein by the pleomorphy or variation of a base sequence of a code gene to be examined is computed from the following expression, and aΔG value is compared with a statistical criterion value to determine, the stability of a complex of the prescribed protein and amino acid variation protein.ΔG=Ehy+Eel+Ehb+ Etor+Edesol (1), wherein Ehy is hydrophobic interactive energy, Eel is electrostatic interactive energy, Ehb is energy acquired by hydrogen bond, Etor is energy brought about by intramolecular conformation change, and Edesol is solvation-desolvation energy.
