PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scintillator panel for easily increasing a screen by increasing mechanical strength, and to provide a manufacturing method of the scintillator panel. SOLUTION: A scintillator panel 1, that has a metal reflection film 11 on a substrate 10, a protective organic film 12 for covering the metal reflection film 11, and a scintillator 13 and is covered with a moisture-resistance protection film 14 is reinforced by a second protective organic film 15 that is formed in a frame shape at the sidewall section.
