<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit key entry at any position of an input device part, that is capable of sliding shift with respect to an equipment body part and is a separate case. <P>SOLUTION: Electronic equipment comprises the equipment body part 1, having a first entry part 3 and a second key entry part 4 installed on the equipment body part 1 so as to permit sliding shift for opening/closing the first entry part 3. The second key entry part 4 is connected to a circuit part of a circuit substrate disposed on the equipment body part 1 through a FPC, and permits key entry, together with the first entry part 3 at each sliding position from a first position for closing the first entry part 3 and to a second position for fully opening the first entry part 3.
