PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control operation of an electric oil pump in suitable timing during stopping and starting of an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: Based on a flag value for an idling stop flag instructing an operation stop of the internal combustion engine, and signals of detected values output from a hydraulic pressure detector 41 detecting hydraulic pressure of an oil passage supplying operating oil to a torque converter, and transmission or the like and an oil temperature detector 42 detecting temperature for the operating oil of the oil passage; an ECU 20 comprises an operation determining portion 51 determining operation of the electric oil pump 17, and a target current calculating portion 52 calculating a targeted value of electric current supplied during a driving process of the electric oil pump 17 in proportion to determined results in the operation determining portion 51. The targeted value of electric current calculated in the target current calculating portion 52 in input into a driving portion 17A of the electric oil pump 17, and the driving portion 17A supplies driving electric current corresponding to the targeted value of electric current to a pump 17B.
