PURPOSE: Provided is a health mat having a muscle relaxation device which is worn on a certain part of a body to relax a stiffened muscle, to relieve fatigue and to alleviate pain. CONSTITUTION: The health mat includes a cushion with a predetermined width. The health mat includes a receiving part(2) at a part. The receiving part includes an air supply device(10) to generate and supply air at a predetermined pressure. The health mat includes a plurality of outlet tubes(15) protruded on its top surface or sides. The outlet tubes are connected to the air supply device by air supply tubes(14). The outlet tubes supply repeatedly or continuously air at a predetermined pressure supplied from the air supply device to a muscle relaxation device(20) and a certain air bag(22).
