PURPOSE: An apparatus for private broadcasting by cable is provided to transceive A/V signals of multi channels through a coaxial cable, and to transmit multimedia information and control signals through an LAN cable, thereby using the existing coaxial cable and the existing LAN cable. CONSTITUTION: At least more than one of broadcasting servers(100,200) inputs audio/video signals, character signals or voice signals by channels, transmits the inputted signals by mixing the signals as one line, and outputs broadcasting receiving device control signals through an LAN. A hub(301) interfaces the control signals through the LAN. At least more than one of lecture room broadcasting devices(310) inputs the audio/video and the character signals according to the control signals, outputs the signals, and outputs reproduced audio/video signals. A USB transmitting device(320) inputs the control signals and the audio/video signals with the character signals, and transmits the inputted signals through a USB port. Audio/video input and output control devices(330) input the audio/video signals and the character signals, and output the inputted signals.
