<p>Personal data on medical experts is stored in a medical expert table (318) and personal data on MS (medical sales, marketing specialist) is stored in an MS table (312). According to MS identification data which is input by a medical expert to approve an MS, a selection registration table (314) is generated to correlate the medical expert table (318) of the medical expert with the MS table (312) of the approved MS and the medical expert is registered in the medical expert list file of the approved MS, so that the MS can create a message to the medical expert. The MS approved by the medical expert is registered in the MS list file of the medical expert, so that the medical expert can create a message to the MS. Thus, instead of MR (medical representatives), the MS performs advertisement in the message to the medical expert.</p> |
