The method involves transporting the components into an evacuated chamber, generating an inert gas pressure above the liquid vapor pressure and below atmospheric, placing liquid in a tank at a different pressure, filling a quantity of liquid corresponding to the housing volume, increasing the chamber pressure and repeating until the defined quantity has been filled, then sealing the openings in an inert gas atmosphere at a fourth pressure. The method involves transporting the components (4) into an evacuated chamber (1), generating an inert gas pressure above the liquid vapor pressure and below atmospheric pressure, placing the liquid in a tank (11) at a second pressure different from the first, filling (5) a quantity of liquid corresponding to the housing volume via at least one opening (20), increasing the chamber pressure and repeating until the defined quantity has been filled, then sealing the openings in an inert gas atmosphere at a fourth pressure.
