The device comprises, inside a tubular body (20), a storage compartment-slider (22) connected to a needle (50) and containing attachments (A), means for distributing said attachments one by one, and an ejecting push-type element (42) which pushes the anchoring rod (2) of the first waiting attachment (A) into the needle. According to the invention, the storage compartment-slider (22) comprises the following: a cross-finger (59) which is located below the needle (50) and upon which the extreme front end (3a) of the stop bar comes to rest when the attachment is distributed by displacement of the anchoring rod (2) thereof with the aid of the push element (42), whereupon said stop bar is tilted by raising the upstream end (3a) thereof; a rib (51) which is located next to the needle (50) and which protrudes downwards, guiding the tilting of the upstream end (3a) of the stop bar (3) in order to prevent the latter from abutting against the needle; a sloping surface (59a) which is located on the cross-finger (59) and which expels the downstream end (3a) of the stop bar (3) transversally such that it moves away from said finger.
