<p>A reception device (200) which has received a packet interleaved by an interleave pattern corresponding to the number of retransmissions deinterleaves a pilot series contained in the packet by deinterleavers (205-1 to 205-N). Correlators (206-1 to 206-N) perform correlation calculation between the pilot series deinterleaved and the pilot pattern which the reception device has. A maximum value detector (207) detects a maximum correlation value from a plurality of correlation values calculated and detects the number of retransmissions. A judgment unit (209) controls a combining circuit (213) and an error detector (217) according to the number of retransmissions stored in a storage unit (208) and the number of retransmissions detected by the maximum value detector (207). Thus, even when a packet different from one requested by the reception side is received, it is possible to eliminate lowering of the throughput.</p> |
