A cap (3) provided with a comb-type hollow applicator (5) having a tooth base (4) is connected to the neck (6) of a container (7). The tooth base (4) has a channel which corresponds to exit openings (9) on the hollow teeth (10) and to the inner area (12) of the container (7). The comb-type hollow applicator (5) is disposed to the side of the container (7) for easier handling during application.
