According to the invention, the structure is characterised in being essentially in the form of a closed volume (1), defined by an upper platform (2) and a lower platform (3), fixed to each other by means of pillars (4) and by a lateral peripheral wall (5), connecting the circumferences of said platforms. Each platform (2, 3) is produced by the juxtaposition of triangular modules (6, 7) arranged, in the first course (A), with the apices at the centre and the bases at the periphery such as to form a surface with a polygonal circumference. The peripheral lateral wall (5) is produced by the juxtaposition of panels (8) connecting the superimposed sides of the polygonal circumferences of two superimposed platforms (2,3) and covered with a floating girdle (9).
