The invention relates to a method of releasing transmitted data by means of reception or transmission recognition, consisting in storing the data transmitted to different users. According to the invention, each communication is configured with transmission recognition, whereby a signal is generated for the release of the transmitted data upon termination of the transmission, or reception recognition, whereby recognition confirmation is awaited from the receiver before the release of the data. The invention is characterised by the distinction between the transmission time and the reception time. The invention is further characterised in that the decisions to retransmit data or to release data, for lack of recognition at reception, are taken knowing that the user has had the opportunity to transmit a recognition during the time assigned to the receiver.
