A functional concrete using colored quartz and colored cement is provided to obtain a finishing material for building capable of preventing a so-called sick house syndrome, and to realize a beautiful finished wall surface by virtue of an improved color development of quartz without using additional wallpaper. A functional concrete using colored quartz and colored cement comprises colored quartz sand, colored quartz gravel, water, magnesia and cement, wherein the cement is colored with the same color as the colored quartz. The functional concrete is obtained by the method comprising the steps of: crushing colored quartz into sand having a particle size of 5 mm or less and gravel having a particle size of 5-25mm; and mixing the colored quartz sand, colored quartz gravel, magnesia as a catalyst, cement and water in a predetermined ratio.
