A cavity panel (10) has an outer wall (12) and an inner wall (11) separated by transverse cross-pieces (13) forming air-filled cells. Each cell has a number of water drain hole apertures (14) through the outer wall (12). In use as a drainage panel for concrete shoring, the apertures are covered by a layer of fleece fibre.
