PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for setting a mattress in which a floor part is prevented from being out of position relative to a bottom supporting the mattress even, if the floor part is deformed in a raisable-back bed. SOLUTION: The mattress is divided into an upper body side mat and a leg side mat and provided with an anti-slip member on the waist bottom upper face. A back bottom frame is inserted in a space formed of a belt fabric provided at the rear part on the lower surface side of an upper body side mat. A waist bottom support frame is inserted in a bag part formed of a bag fabric provided at the front part on the lower surface side of the upper body side mat. The upper body side mat is set to the back bottom and the waist bottom. Each of sides of the leg bottom frame is inserted in the bag part formed of the bag fabric provided on each sides on the lower surface side of the leg side mat.
