A prefabricated concrete garage has a box shaped structure (1) open at the front and fitted with an up and over door (3). A Z-shaped metal flange (12) is positioned as a door sill and is incorporated into the concrete screed for the floor. The flange forms a front lip for the screed (10) and also provides a flat surface onto which is pressed the flexible seal under the bottom edge of the door. The metal flange has tags on the underside to provide a grip into the concrete screed.
