The EVA polymer according to the present invention, which is manufactured by blending charcoal powder with ethylenevinylacetate at the certain proportion, can absorb sweat, remove bad smell of foot, and further prevent dermatophytosis and humid tetter due to the charcoal when it is applied to the manufacture of insoles. The method to manufacture the EVA polymer comprises: step (a) of admixing charcoal powder to ethylenevinylacetate with the charcoal powder's ratio ranging from 5 wt % to 30 wt % and blending them; step (b) of admixing crosslink agent and foaming agent to the mixture and blending them with the 22-inch roller; step (c) of descending the mixture using the 18-inch roller; step (d) of sheeting the mixture by calendering process using the 12-inch roller and cooling it; and step (e) of putting the cooled sheet into the mold and pressing it to foam with the pressure of 3.5kg/cm<2> to 6.5kg/cm<2>. |
