摘要 <p>A compact and high performance fine turbulent flow lump generating device installable near a coolant nozzle in cutting or grinding operation and also installable in a pipe route and capable of remarkably reducing the re-fused amount of chips by adhering to and penetrating into cut portions, wherein coolant flows from the inlet of the device through an outer peripheral spiral water channel while being mixed with minute amount of air, a return water channel to provide an impact to the coolant, a water channel with dents or irregularities and spirals while repeating slight compression and releasing to generate fine turbulent flow lumps hard to be adhered to each other, and further flows through a water channel causing a slight releasing to release the fine turbulent lumps hard to be adhered to each other from the outlet thereof, the fine turbulent flow lumps adhere to a cutting blade, a grinding wheel, and a workpiece in the form of thin film and adhere to and penetrate into the cut portions to remarkably improve machinability and grindability.</p>
