<p>The invention refers to a process for manufacturing of a disposable pant (2), said process comprising the steps of: a) continuously feeding a web (1) along a travelling path, said web (1) having a longitudinal direction coinciding with said travelling path and a transverse direction perpendicular to said longitudinal direction, and being delimited by first and second end edges (7, 8) extending in said longitudinal direction, b) cutting the web (1) in a number of first and second pant blanks (25, 26) each pant blank having a front part (27, 36), and a back part (28, 37), said parts being arranged in sequence in said transverse direction of said web (1), whereby the cutting is performed in such a way that the pant blanks (25, 26) are aligned in said longitudinal direction of said web (1) with every second pant blank (26) being rotated 180 ° with respect to every first pant blank (25).
