<p>A remote control reception module and a fabrication method thereof are provided to plate a lead frame through dipping plating while a shielding case is grounded with a lead terminal, thereby avoiding a soldering process conducted by manual work for each piece of the remote control reception module. A light receiving element and an operation IC(Integrated Circuit) are set on a lead frame. A lead terminal is connected to the outside of a molding unit(13) by being coupled with the lead frame. The molding unit(13) forms a light receiving lens on an upper end of the light receiving element as surrounding parts except the lead terminal. A noise shielding unit(S) covers the molding unit(13).</p> |
