焦炉煤气终冷碱洗精脱硫工艺
摘要
本发明涉及含有一氧化碳可燃气体的提纯的焦炉煤气净化工艺,焦炉煤气采用氨法脱硫后煤气中硫化氢含量在50-100mg/m<SUP>3</SUP>,仍不能达到城市煤气标准(≤20mg/m<SUP>3</SUP>),煤气经脱氨后在终冷碱洗装置利用分解剩余氨水中固定铵的碱进行冷却碱洗,吸收煤气中的硫化氢,可达到煤气中硫化氢含量≤20mg/m<SUP>3</SUP>。从终冷碱洗装置排出的多余冷凝碱液送蒸氨装置继续利用。此工艺流程短,投资少,成本低,资源利用合理,且无废液,脱硫效率高。

1.一种焦炉煤气终冷碱洗精脱硫工艺,焦炉煤气经预冷塔预冷后进入脱硫塔与再生后的脱硫液逆向接触脱除硫化氢;其特征在于脱硫后的煤气经脱氨装置后进入终冷碱洗装置,煤气的流速为1-1.5m/s,塔喷淋密度为10-20m3/m2h,在此利用分解剩余氨水中固定铵的碱进行冷却碱洗,吸收煤气中的硫化氢。
