The present invention relates to a control apparatus that is applicable to a pillow having built a sound-to-vibration converter therein. The control apparatus according to this invention enables the vibrating pillows to be used effectively by users, when the users select various sleep patterns, various types of brain waves inducement signal with the sound-to-vibration converter in the pillow and by selecting sleep time, external sound sources and internal signal generating part.
