Process for the hydroformylation of higher olefins in presence of cobalt compounds as catalyst
摘要
It has been found that a single stage process for hydroformylation of olefins in high product yield can be achieved when the aqueous sump phase is mixed with the organic phase, the Co concentration in the aqueous sump phase is 0.4-1.7 wt.% and when the aqueous sump phase is maintained in a constant state in the reactor when this is idling (sic). <??>This process is applied to the hydroformylation of 5-24C olefins to the corresponding 6-25C aldehydes and/or alcohol in the presence of unmodified Co catalysts in a single stage process at 100-220 degrees C and pressure 100-400 bar in a reactor containing both aqueous and organic phases, and the Co concentration of the aqueous sump phase is 0.4-1.7 wt.%.
