The present invention relates to a nozzle for a spray head, comprising a nozzle body (14) having a cavity which can be supplied with discharge material via a material inlet and in which a swirl body (18) is arranged which has arranged on it a nozzle insert (16) with a nozzle hole (26) via which the discharge material can be sprayed out. The swirl body (18) has a disk-or plate-like part on which an annular web (46) is arranged, with the disk-or plate-like part being interrupted by at least one opening (44) which is arranged radially outside the annular web (46), the annular web (46) being interrupted at at least one point radially from the outside to the inside by at least one substantially helical groove (48), and the swirl body (18) and the nozzle insert (16) being arranged in the nozzle body (14).
