A structure for mounting a fan assembly for a refrigerator is provided to fix the fan assembly to a grill fan directly without using any support plate, thereby reducing the number of required parts and minimizing amplification of vibration generated when driving the fan assembly. A structure for mounting a fan assembly for a refrigerator includes a shroud(120) mounted at a rear surface of a grill fan(110) and formed with a predetermined securing space(121) mounted by the fan assembly(140), wherein the fan assembly has a plurality of through-holes penetrated by fan fixing bosses(119) which penetrate through-holes(125) of the shroud. A cover plate(130) covers a surface of the shroud except the securing space. An orifice(150) is formed at a surface of the cover plate and formed with a hole(151) to guide cold air to the fan assembly. Coupling elements such as screws(173) penetrate the through-holes of the shroud and the fan assembly in sequence and are fastened to the fan fixing bosses.
