<p>The machine is for tree felling and comprises a retention and clipping unit with a concave stop for partial enclosure of a trunk and a clamp arm. The clamp arm movably works in conjunction with the stop, so that by movement towards the stop the tree trunk is firmly clamped between the stop and the clamp arm. The machine further incorporates a single blade, which is movable and works in conjunction with the stop, so that by movement toward the concave stop it cuts the tree trunk in the direction of the stop. Furthermore, the machine has an outwardly extending arm, in the extension of the outermost end of which a retention and clipping unit is fitted. The stop is not movable in relation to the outermost end of the extending arm. The clamp arm and blade are movable in relation to the extending arm.</p> |
