A method for electro-chemical processing of wastes to alcohol through close-cycle displacement of wastes being treated. Besides that hydrocarbon raw material, wastes from agricultural, forestry, domestic economies and industrial enterprises are subjected to effect of electric discharge by which it is converted without access of atmospheric air to synthesis-gas that at Cu-Zn-Al catalyst is transformed to alcohol and after end of gasification electric discharge is removed, at that inorganic slags are melted and removed. |
