FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: device for synthesising crystalline carbine consists of a vertically mounted and serially arranged base, frame with a case, in which there is a storage ampoule with graphite, a striker in form of a metal disc and an explosive charge. Over the explosive substance, there is a generator of a plane shock wave, together with the explosive substance, forming a pyrotechnic charge. Under the explosive substance, there is a guiding steel ring, in the plane of which there is a striker made from aluminium, located over the case. The steel storage ampoule has a base and a cover, joined together by a threaded joint. Inside the ampoule, there is a bushing in the form of a steel disc with a cylindrical depression at the central part and a fluoroplastic disc put in the depression, with diameter equal to the diameter of the cylindrical depression. The surface of the disc is inlayed by overlapping graphite foil plates of monochromatic quality with density not less than 2.2 g/cm3, thickness of 10-20 mcm and with the crystallographic axis "c" perpendicular to the axis of the front of the shock wave. The cylindrical depression is closed by another disc made from fluoroplastic and with a copper plug. ^ EFFECT: obtaining of chemically pure crystalline with small content of impurities and amorphous material. ^ 4 cl, 1 dwg |
