<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interlayer film for laminated glass which has excellent mechanical property, transparency, in particular, haze, thermal insulation and electromagnetic wave transmission and shows excellent resistance to penetration in the lapse of time when being fabricated into a laminated glass and to provide a laminated glass. <P>SOLUTION: In this interlayer film for laminated glass, a polyvinyl acetal resin, phillosilicate, plasticizer, adhesive power adjusting agent, ITO fine particle and dispersant are included and the ITO fine particle and laminar silicate are dispersed microscopically-uniformly.
