PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calm a user psychologically when the user runs into trouble. SOLUTION: In an on-board device 1, a sound (human voice or natural sound) which calms the user psychologically is stored in a memory 3, when the user recognizes the occurrence of trouble, performs a specified operation and the occurrence of trouble is detected, the sound stored in the memory 3 is output. The user can calm himself by being given the sound which calms the user psychologically.
