PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily drilling an inclined hole having an inclined axis with respect to a surface of a work with excellent positioning accuracy by setting an arbitrary angle of inclination. SOLUTION: A preliminary hole is formed in the work with inclined holes formed therein by using a drill which is semi-spherical or a drill with an apex angle set to be twice of the required angle of inclination. The drilling axis of the drill to practically form the inclined hole can be set on the normal of the preliminary hole, and the inclined holes can be efficiently formed with excellent accuracy.
