PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game medium dispenser as a unit consisting of a front panel and an open/close door, etc., to be easily attached to/detached from a casing side. SOLUTION: In the game medium dispenser, a game medium dispensing processing part such as a medal hopper is disposed inside the casing and the game medium dispenser is structured to dispense a prescribed number of game media from the game medium dispensing processing part to the outside of the casing when a medium such as a coin or prepaid card is inserted to have the game media dispensed. A front panel 14 is detachably attached to the front side of the casing corresponding to the game medium dispensing processing part, and a pathway forming member 32 is attached to the rear side of the front panel. A pathway 31 for guiding game media delivered from the game medium dispensing processing part to an outlet 25 formed on the front panel is formed by the pathway forming member 32.
