PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce the loss of grains discharged with dust to the exterior of a machine in a threshing apparatus having an opening and closing chaff sieve regulated according to the change of the total weight of an accumulated treating material so as to be opened and closed, and a fixed chaff sieve acting on the treated material from the opening and closing chaff sieve. SOLUTION: The threshing apparatus has partitions 7a and 7b present at a position just before a dust-sending opening of a receiving net 5 of a threshing chamber 1, and at a position facing to the position just before the dust-sending opening of a ceiling plate 6 of a threshing chamber 1. The threshing apparatus also has a selecting structure 17 for receiving a threshed product dropped from the dust-sending opening 4 of the threshing chamber 1 and selecting the received material, and arranged so that the front end is positioned at the upper part of the opening and closing chaff sieve 30 and the rear end is positioned at the upper part of the fixed chaff sieve 15.
