<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a general wellness system having general applicability in the control of audiovisual contents, materials, individual and group managements thereof and operation thereof linked to the detection, motion or action of the moving or acting state of a person. <P>SOLUTION: The general wellness system is composed of a motion detector, a microcomputer type signal conversion output machine, a computer and an audiovisual apparatus, and the motion detector is connected to a position where the moving or acting state of an exercise apparatus or of the person can be detected. The motion detector is connected with the microcomputer type signal conversion output machine or the computer. A signal from the motion detector is converted and outputted to the computer by the microcomputer type signal conversion output machine. The computer controls audiovisual contents stored and set in advance in response to a signal from the motion detector or the microcomputer type signal conversion output machine, the progress of the audiovisual contents is displayed and the history of the user or the group of users is managed and operated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
