PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for setting a using time limit to a video conference terminal used by a user and managing it depending on the paying situation of a service charge and a method for managing the using time limit of the video conference terminal, which automatically executes the update of the using time limit, in a system executing a service with a charge through the use of the video conference terminal. SOLUTION: The using time limit managing method executes a service with a charge through the use of video conference terminals 151, to 15n, previously gives an allowable using time limit to the video conference terminal and manages the using time limit of the video conference terminals to prevent the illegal use of the video conference terminals. The using time limit managing method confirms the allowable using time limit at each time of the power supply of video conference terminals, the line connection of the video conference or/and cutting off of the video conference line to judge whether the allowable using time limit has passed or not. |
