PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate mounting of a steering beam to a body. SOLUTION: One end of the steering beam 5 is placed on a placing member (not shown) disposed to one side portion of the body (not shown). A guide member 14 is disposed to the other end portion of the body. The guide member 14 has a guide face 14c and a second guide face 14e that horizontally extend in a vertical direction and are vertically opposed to each other. The other end of the steering beam 5 is inserted between the guide face 14c and the second guide face 14e and is placed on the guide face 14c. Upper and lower abutting plates 15, 16 disposed to the other end of the steering beam 5 are respectively brought into abutment with upper and lower abutting plate portions 14f, 14h, and are fixed by bolts 18.
