PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clear-coating metallic sheet for a kitchen excellent in stain resistance and workability. SOLUTION: A metal surface having a baking type coating film is≥0.05μm and≤0.30μm in Ra(RaT) in a direction normal to a rolling direction, by average roughness Ra according to JIS B 0601 and≥0.25 and≤1.5 in RaL/ RaT, which is a ratio of Ra(RaL) to RaT, and contains a polysiloxane resin of≤2.0 mass% to a solid resin content. The film contains not less than one kind of a resin selected from a polyester and an urethane resin as a principal component or may contain a fluororesin particle of≤10μm in average particle size and≤5 mass% to the solid resin content.
