PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microreactor to efficiently carry out catalytic reaction. SOLUTION: The microreactor comprises a microchannel formed by etching the solid surface made of an inert material and organic molecules having a catalytic function fixed to the wall face of the microchannel. The reactor is manufactured by etching the surface of glass or silica-based ceramics to form a microchannel, introducing a silicon compound residue containing an amino group into the wall face of the microchannel, and then bonding oxygen molecules or organic metal complex molecules through the residue to the microchannel.
