PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-speed agitation type disperser in which the treated material is not stuck to the wall of a tank, large power is not necessary and failures such as changes of the property and state of the treated material and dissolution of the treated material do not occur even when the temperature in the tank becomes high. SOLUTION: This disperser is constituted so that a ventilation pipe 10 is inserted into a treating tank 1 from the top part of the tank 1, the bottom part of the tank 1 is formed into a horizontal plate-like shape, a conical pedestal 8 is fit to a rotary shaft 7 penetrating the center of the bottom part of the tank 1 vertically, an agitation blade 9 is arranged on the pedestal 8 for discharging the treated material along the inner wall of the tank 1 and a gas is blown from the bottom of the tank 1 along the inner wall of the tank 1.
