PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food dough extender which is compact and can relatively elongate a conveying route for extending a food dough and whose inside can easily be cleaned and maintained. SOLUTION: This food dough extender is characterized by disposing an extension roller group device endlessly and rotatably equipped with extension rollers 33 for extending the food dough in an upper frame 5 disposed on a lower frame 3 equipped with a food dough-conveying means for conveying the food dough in one direction and vertically movably disposing the upper frame 5 on the lower frame 3 so that the extension roller group device is largely separated from the dough-conveying means to enable the cleaning of the dough- conveying means and the like.
