摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bread dough using vitamins, deep sea water and a sweetener, xylitol, under the consideration of the health, the health maintenance and the like of human bodies. SOLUTION: This bread dough is characterized by mixing the bread dough with one or more of vitamin A, vitamin B group, deep sea water and xylitol. The vitamin A has a medicinal effect on optic nerves. The vitamin B group has medicinal effects on energy production, the skins, and the mucous membranes. The oxidation-preventing action of the vitamin C is effective for bleaching the skins and reducing the spots and freckles of the skins.
