PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress transmission loss of power and prevent deterioration of operation feeling in an operation lever pulling and operating a brake or a clutch of a handle bar vehicle. SOLUTION: The operation lever 4 is divided into a lever body 10 and a floating body 11. The floating body 11 is turnably attached to a bracket 3 by a first pivot 5. A bifurcated portion comprising an upper arm 10c and a lower arm 10d is provided on a turning base part 10a of the lever body 10. A lever body connecting side of the floating body 11 is inserted between the upper and lower arms 10c and 10d, and it is turnably connected by a second pivot 21.
