PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reel for fishing integrated with a drag mechanism provided with an inexpensive lining material improving stick slip property. SOLUTION: The reel for fishing winds and holes a fish line on a spool 6a supported on the reel body 4 by rotation of a handle 10a rotatably supported on the reel body 4 and integrated with a drag mechanism 30 provided with a lining material to permit rotation of a spool 6a to the fishing line feeding direction in the fishing line winding situation.
