A terminal having a call information re-dialing function and its operation method are provided to output an ARS(Automatic Response System) voice guidance announcement and transmit previously stored call information at the same time to thus reduce a standby time possibly taken for receiving desired information. An RF module(110) performs communication with an ARS. A setting unit(170) sets a call information re-dialing function. A detecting unit(140) detects voice information transmitted from the ARS according to the setting of the setting unit. A memory unit(180) stores call information inputted by a user according to the voice information. When the ARS is re-connected, a controller(100) controls to re-dial the call information sequentially, which is previously stored in the memory unit, whenever the voice information is detected. The call information is number information inputted from the exterior after the voice information is detected.
