<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass run stopper with improved width precision capable of accurately finding the position relative to a glass run, even if assembling discrepancy occurs caused by discrepancy between an inner and an outer panel of a pressed door, and by measurement precision of glass. <P>SOLUTION: The glass run stopper 8 for the glass run 3 is laid onto the pressed door body 1 comprising the outer panel 4 and the inner panel 5. The glass run stopper 8 has a part 10 connected by hemming where the outer panel 4 and the glass run 3 comes into contact, and a part 12 spot-welded to the inner panel 5. The assembling discrepancy can be adjusted by spot welding the spot-welding part 12 to the inner panel 5 after the position of the glass run stopper 8 has been decided by tuning the stopper 8 to correct the assembling discrepancy between the outer panel 4 and the inner panel 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
