<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for a quick setting agent capable of reducing the quantity of dust produced in spray work and having excellent quantitative accuracy of a material, excellent mixing property with cement concrete and excellent solidification characteristic, the liquid quick setting agent, a spray material and a spraying method using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The composition of the liquid quick setting agent contains a component of three elements of aluminum, sulfur and fluorine and further a low molecular amide compound and/or a low molecular thioamide compound as compound components and the liquid setting agent, the spray material and the spraying method using the spray material are provided. The spray material having features that 1. the quantity of dust in the spraying is reduced, 2. rebound ratio is decreased, 3. the adverse effects for human body due to alkali is eliminated, 4. the excellent quantitative property is attained, 5. the solidification characteristic is improved and 6. the forcible feeding property is improved compared to the conventional one is suitable for a spray work method for road, railway, the tunnel wall surface of a conduit or the like and the slope surface or the like. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
