PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an antimycotic agent that contains a zofimarin derivative bearing an oxazepane ring, or a pharmacologically acceptable ester or salt thereof as an active ingredient. SOLUTION: The antimycotic agent contains the zofimarin derivative represented by formula (I) (wherein R1is formyl; R2and R3are each independently a 1-6C alkyl, or the like; R4is H atom, or the like) or a pharmacologically acceptable ester a or salt thereof.
